Shipping Policy

I want your jewellery to arrive safely and quickly, so here’s how delivery works:

 

Processing time:  

All orders are carefully made and checked before sending, so please allow 1–3 business days for me to prepare your items for dispatch, with exception to the earrings handcrafted from the Ava collection.  These take an incredibly long time to make, so whilst i'll endevour to get these out ASAP please allow 2-3 weeks manufacturing times at busy periods.

 

Delivery options:

Standard UK delivery: usually takes 2–5 working days.

Parcels are tracked and need to be signed for giving you peace of mind. You’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.  Each order is beautifully packaged, ready to gift or enjoy straight away.

International shipping:  I do offer international shipping — delivery times and costs vary depending on your location but are typically between 5-21 days.

Lost or delayed parcels: I take great care with every order, but once your parcel is with the carrier, I can’t be responsible for delays or losses.
