Refund Policy
I really hope you love your jewellery from Adorn by Amanda, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, I’m happy to help.
Returns window: You have 28 days from receiving your order to return any eligible item. You can return your piece either: In person (by arrangement), or by post to: 22 Skilton Road, Reading, RG31 6SB.
Posting your return: You’ll need to cover the return postage and make sure it’s tracked and insured, as I can’t be responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on their way back. Once your jewellery arrives safely and in its original condition and packaging, I’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
A few important notes:
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned, unless they arrive faulty.
Custom or personalised jewellery (such as engraved or made-to-order pieces) can’t be returned unless faulty. If your item is faulty or not as described, please email me at all@adornbyamanda.co.uk before sending it back — I’ll make sure it’s sorted for you.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are always protected.
